JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) is an outdoor sleepaway camp where cadets get to participate in all kinds of fun activities, face their fears, and develop new leadership skills.
Opening Day!
After arriving at Camp Flaming Arrow, cadets took their swim test, and attended the opening ceremony.
AWST:
Army Water Survival Training (AWST) consists of Physical Training on the beach followed by three stations: water survival , rubber boats, and kayaks.
Rappelling, Rock Wall, & COPE:
Cadets learned how to rappel from a 45 foot tower, climb up a big rock wall, conquer their fear of heights, and engage in team building exercises.
Archery:
Cadets got to practice their accuracy by hitting a target with a bow and arrow.
Field Day:
On the final evening of JCLC, cadets got to compete in all kinds of sports from volleyball to a relay race!
